Lenders in my deals enjoy passive income, regular cash flow, high returns, low minimum investment amounts, the ability to review each deal before committing, diversification, no fees (no management fees, no transaction or deal fees, no financing fees, no performance fees, etc.), and a first lien on the property (the most secure position in real estate).

Partners in my deals are be able to enjoy high potential upside and to review each deal before committing. Each partner deal is unique and will have unique terms.

A little more about me...

  • Entrepreneurial Experience - As a principal I have completed hundreds of real estate transactions across wide range of assets types. I have:

    • Purchased thousands of acres

    • Executed subdivides from start to finish

    • Purchased and managed single family rentals

    • Completed deals requiring curative title work

  • Career Experience - As a Vice President for PIMCO's real estate private equity business, I:

    • Led negotiations and closed over $400mm in financing transactions on fund assets

    • Negotiated and managed over $2.5b in revolving funding

    • Reviewed commercial loans for office, multifamily, and retail investments

  • Education - Bachelor's from BYU, MBA from Harvard Business School

  • When I am not obsessing over real estate, I enjoy family time, traveling and barbeque.
